Frequent questions
What is the return policy?
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be returned intact, unworn, complete with labels and in its original packaging. Shipping costs for return are paid by the customer.
There are purchases for which returns are not allowed?
Returns are not possible for items made to order, customized, or custom-made. These pieces are created specifically for you and cannot be re-inserted into the catalog.
When will I receive my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with more information. Delivery times in Italy are 3/4 working days, while for European times they are between 2/4 working days depending on the chosen courier.
Where are the products crafted?
Our products are hand-crafted in our private atelier in Florence, Italy
What is the shipping cost?
For orders over 90 euros, shipping is free for domestic orders (in Italy). Below this threshold, shipping costs 6.50 euros. For European shipments, this is free for orders over 110 euros. Below this threshold, there are two rates depending on the shipping speed: 12.00 euros or 16.50 euros.
