Shippings and Returns

Every Arthenéa creation is prepared and shipped from my Atelier with the utmost care. Shipping times vary depending on the nature of the product:

Management Times

• Ready to Wear (Ready to Buy): Ships within 1-2 business days.
• Made to Order (Made to Order): Each piece is created specifically for you. Shipping takes place within 10-15 working days.
• Custom Made (Custom): For personal and custom projects, production times can be up to 1 month. The exact timing will be communicated to you at the beginning of our collaboration.

Costs and Transit Times

Italy

• Cost: 6.50€ (Free for orders over 90€).
• Time: Delivery in 3-4 working days.

Europe

• Standard: 12.00€ | Delivery in 3-4 working days.
• Express: 16.50€ | Delivery in 2-3 working days (Free for orders over 110€).

Return Policy

My priority is that you are fully satisfied with your choice. However, given the different production methods, the following rules apply:

Products Ready to buy

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be returned intact, unworn, complete with labels and in its original packaging. The return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Products Made to Order and Cutom Made

Please note that, pursuant to law (Art. 59 Consumer Code), returns are not possible for items made to order, customized or custom-made. These parts are created specifically for you and cannot be re-inserted into the catalog.

In case of documented manufacturing defects, our full assistance in restoring or repairing the garment remains guaranteed.
