Shipping
Since it is a "Custom Made" product, Arthenéa undertakes to ship within 1 month of receiving payment for the order. Once shipped, the customer will receive an email notification containing tracking details and updated information.
Multiple Orders
If the order includes additional items belonging to the Made-to-Order or Available Now categories, Arthenéa will promptly contact the customer to arrange the preferred delivery method:
- Single shipment: the entire order will be fulfilled as soon as all products are completed.
- Separate shipments: immediate shipment of products "Available Now" and subsequent shipment of custom or made-to-order items.
Returns policy
Arthenéa's primary goal is to ensure total customer satisfaction. If the purchase does not fully meet your expectations, we encourage you to contact us promptly: we will carefully evaluate your request and do everything possible to find a satisfactory solution together.
Please note that the right of return does not apply to "Made-to-order" orders (made to order) and "Custom-made" products (customized). Since these are creations produced specifically for the individual customer or according to customized instructions, these items cannot be subject to a refund or replacement, except for any proven manufacturing defects.
