Shipping
Since this is an "Available Now" product, Arthenéa undertakes to ship within 2 business days of receiving payment for the order. Once shipped, the customer will receive an email notification containing tracking details and updated information.
Multiple Orders: If the order includes additional items belonging to the Made-to-Order or Custom-Made categories, Arthenéa will promptly contact the customer to arrange the preferred delivery method:
- Single shipment: the entire order will be fulfilled as soon as all products are completed.
- Separate shipments: immediate shipment of productsAvailable Now" and subsequent shipment of custom or made-to-order items.
Returns policy
Arthenéa's primary goal is to ensure total customer satisfaction. If the purchase does not fully meet your expectations, we encourage you to contact us promptly: we will carefully evaluate your request and do everything possible to find a satisfactory solution together.
Please note that the right of return does not apply to "Made-to-order" orders (made to order) and "Custom-made" products (customized). Since these are creations produced specifically for the individual customer or according to customized instructions, these items cannot be subject to a refund or replacement, except for any proven manufacturing defects.
